Internal Auditor in Charleston, SC

Successful applicant will be responsible for the execution of compliance, anti-fraud, and operationally focused audit programs, focusing primarily on SOX 404 assessment strategies, corporate policy compliance, and business processes. This person will also assist with audits of Details Technology General Controls, financial systems management, as well as participate in both annual and on-going risk assessment activities. Qualifications Education Level Required Bachelors degree in finance or accounting. US CPA or US CPA applicant preferred. Background Required Preferred 3-five years of relevant background. Min of 3yrs of auditing background, internal or external. Familiarity with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Audit Standard 5, and other guidance related to the performance of an effective ICFR assessment. Understanding of general business processes, fraud risk mitigation strategies, and a willingness to work in a high energy environment.
